The track between Debrecen and Hármashegyalja built in 1882 and the railway’s properties including 3 diesel engines, 12 railroad passenger cars, 1 closed cargo locomotive, railway repair workshops, depots and locomotive sheds became national heritage in 2005 thanks to the hard work of the Debrecen Urban Preservation Association.
